The inspiration for the album came from surrealistic dreams. Large room, maybe a chamber or hall is slowly filled
with floating bubbles. They filter light falling into the room creating a dreamy atmosphere, an unknown paradise.

"Dream patterns" is a sound exploration of modular synthesis with a hardware live set approach.
Astro Concept’s debut album is a series of edited live recordings from late 2021 in Berlin. It combines
synth and sample based arrangements with generative melodies conveying grooves and blissful moods.

Thanks to Mitamine Lab for hosting us on Resonance Extra!
We decided to transform mixtape we recorded to a physical
cassette (we found some on the street, thanks to "zu verschenken" movement in Berlin) and give it a
classic mixtape flow!
Here it is: recorded limited edition of Mabui Mixtape vol. 1 (MMT1)! 90 minutes of ambient / electronic /
jazz with music from such artists as: Shuttle358, Barbara Morgenstern, Exotic Baryon, Deadbeat, Natik Awayez,
Erkin Satin, Jan Jelinek, Triosk, LSD March and others.

Album description:
Every artist on this compilation represents a different planet. All rotate around the same object,
music, with different frequencies and periods. Unlike stars shining with their own lights, planets
from this system reflect light coming from emotions, observations and experience. Each planet
has enough mass to overcome the black forces by its own style so as to create shapes corresponding
to the whole Mabui system, clearing the vicinity of its orbit of other relatively unfriendly objects.

Album description:
The action of closely observing something or someone is the greatest source for inspiration.
Undulating Contours memorise such viewing on analog tape recorder. Musically documented events are
becoming subject for reconstruction. Moving tape over the tape head mechanically, cutting loops, extracting
rhythmic patterns, manipulating the pitch, extracting natural noise are the tools for recovering the
observations, for setting them on different perceptions, sometimes even disagreeing about recorded facts.
The result is a collection of dreamy melodies, ambient textures which present typical human states as
nostalgia, happiness, endless thinking. All taken from daily observations.
